Chris Truncer is an Information Security Researcher and Red Teamer at Mandiant, where he leads a variety of vulnerability assessments and penetration tests for Federal and commercial customers. His specialties include network level assessments and researching anti-virus evasion techniques. He has also taught at various venues such as at Blackhat USA and Abu Dhabi. He design and participate in various security conference Capture the Flag events. Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida State University. Chris has several certificates e.g., Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), and Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), among other additional certifications.
